1. Statutory Rights

Your statutory rights under UK consumer law remain fully protected. This policy does not affect those rights.

 

 

2. Returns and Refunds

We will issue a refund only if:

  • The issue is reported by email within 14 days of purchase.

  • The item is returned unused and in its original packaging.

  • The customer covers the return postage cost using their own return label.

Please email info@cerinq.co.uk with your order number and reason for return before sending any item back and you will be instructed accordingly.

 

 

3. Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 7 working days of receiving the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

 

 

4. Exclusions

For hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be refunded unless proven faulty.
